The Beautiful Family Room was spacious and clean, with hardwood floors and a comfortable sofa bed. It had air conditioning, a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The wake-up service was handy for mornings. The gym for fitness was an awesome perk. Really enjoyed the minibar too.

The place is perfect, the staff are really good and welcoming.

The hotel is clean, has views of the surrounding mountains. The location is perfect and amazing, in the very centre of the new town. Plus, it's in Escaldes-Engordany district, right by the main shopping street and the old quarter, shops, and Andorra for business or pleasure.

New-fashioned rooms, reasonably spacious bathrooms, very clean beds. Unbeatable location of the hotel, close to a main street and a gallery.

I stayed in a Superior Family Room with my group, and the spacious layout was a major highlight! We had ample room with two bathrooms, made getting ready easy. The hotel's prime location near shops and the Caldea Spa added so much to our experience!

Fantastic penthouse apartment, very nice, comfortable, very well located, in the center. Equipped with top of the range appliances, very high heating but can be regulated. Perfect fireplace, and huge 70 inch living room TV. One of the bathrooms, with huge bathtub for two people. Private elevator that takes you directly to the apartment and to the parking for two cars. We were five people and very comfortable, as all the rooms are spacious. Coffee maker with coffee and tea, kitchen equipment and complete kitchenware. The pictures you see are just as the apartment is. The breakfast for 8 euros very complete, is free buffet. The receptionists at our arrival are very friendly at all times, good staff, and good cleaning. Comfortable beds, and total rest at night. I recommend it without any doubt.

We looked for a hair dryer in the apartment, but there was no one. The bathtub was not of hydromassage as it is advertised, that yes, very ample for two people, but normal bathtub. The shower was of hydromassage.

We already knew the hotel from other years. It has the advantage of family rooms and that's why we decided on it. rooms are big and ours, for 3 people, had two bathrooms and two sleeping areas. main beds are comfortable, bunk beds are less. staff is attentive, although less than on other occasions and could not solve the problem with the heating / air conditioning. breakfast was good in quantity, could be improved in quality and variety. It has a garage in the basement and is very comfortable, although it is somewhat small and width of the corridor is reduced and makes it difficult to manoeuvre, especially with today's cars which are usually large.

We had a problem with the heating. The day we arrived the room was at 28º, the heat was suffocating and we could not connect the air conditioning. The reception told us to close the radiators, but as it was winter we could not connect the air (centralized?) and also the sun was shining all day in our room (south orientation). We had to manage by opening the windows and even then it was still hot at night. In the shower the water was not at the same temperature, you went from warm to burning every few seconds, so the shower was not pleasant.

The Beautiful Family Room was spacious and clean, perfect for my crew. Breakfast had a great variety at only 6.50 Euros. Only downside was limited parking, but I'm glad it was available. Would totally recommend this place!

welcoming staff, friendly services, and wonderful location next to the main shopping plaza, the historic center, and restaurants. nice breakfast, good choice of meals. private parking on site provided. everything perfect. perfect stay, as always.

we stayed at the hotel for three nights, three families with childrens. wonderful location, good breakfast.

the hotel charged my credit card for all 3 rooms in advance, instead to charge in check out each family separatly.

Exe prisma has spacious rooms with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, great for our stay. The shower was nice and the cleanliness was great. Plus, it's super close to the main shopping street filled with restaurants and cafes! We appreciated having bathroom hygiene products available too.

the hotel is very comfortable. it is well located. the room is big enough for a family.and it is a good place to be if you want to visit Adnora

breakfast was not that good. for people that don't eat all kind of ham on the morning it was very difficult to find what to eat. no eggs, no vegetables.
